I just home it's not all a massive anticlimax - you can say what you like about TF, but he's a got a great sense of the dramatic.
I'd be more than happy to be the new Swansea...profitable, not at risk of relegation, play attractive attacking football, nice new stadium, a philosophy that transcends managers...
I like our Tony, but I think this tweetfacing thing he has done here is both childish and unprofessional. We either have a new manager or not. Please don't bore us with titbits of information that may or may not ultimately prove accurate. I think we've really already had enough of being let down and mislead by the media at large with untold BS rumours and of course, Harry's signings that have failed to materialise.
Would he be sensible! He set the German team up to achieve what it has, got a very average USA team playing way above their level at the World Cup. But I think it would be rather unlikely that he comes to Shepherd's Bush. May be he has improved in the many moons since you worked with him.
I'm sure he has improved not that he was poor anyway just think he is totally the wrong person to manage QPR
Why is that Bob. Is it anything to do with him not being a "football man"? Must admit, this gives me doubts about him.
Skybet have Warburton at 2/1 favourite, then Laudrup 3/1 and Clement 6/1 Just cannot see MW being tony's dream manager.
In all honesty he has had the balls to do what all amateur coaches want to do (granted he had some money to tide him over) and I wish him all the best. There are thousands of coaches who could do a job at any level of football. There are thousands of everyday people who could aswell. I just don't believe the FA and people politics would want him rising too high as it then opens up the whole footballing world to Joe public. I think even Brentford are aware of this perception from within the game and therefore can't see him ever managing in the premiership.
To be blunt, in my opinion I personally work with less qualified people than him but who are a lot better coaches
I'd say it must be Clement. From Real Madrid, son of one of our legendary 75/76 team and a hugely respected coach at the highest level. Although he ruled himself out perhaps Tony has persuaded both him and Real to make it happen...
Would it be worse than the shiite we have been served up under Harry? I'd happily play tippy tappy if it kept us in the Premiership.
