Not sure why you put [HASHTAG]#sentiment[/HASHTAG] on that but I quite like the idea of putting it on every part too lol

Playing Gerrard so much is putting sentiment before the right decision

So is risking a key player against Everton when Spurs and Bolton are far bigger games in terms of actual importance

What a night, I'm dead on my feet! Got a call from Roberto Martinez asking a favour, I had to get up to Liverpool and take the Chelsea bus back down to London for him. Some people just ask too much!

Did he not ask you to kick Coutinho a couple of times as well while you were there?

You were hardly gung ho yourselves like, Robles had **** all to do for most of the game

You'd settled for a point way before the end [HASHTAG]#timewasting[/HASHTAG]

Think we settled for a point the moment Coutinho hobbled off, but leading up to that it has to be said that for all our 'control' (especially for 20 minutes after the start of the second half) we rarely looked threatening. We are just not half the team we were without Suarez, and, a brief flurry at the end apart when you brought on your one truly inventive class act (was Barkley injured?) you're not even a quarter of the team that destroyed Arsenal last season. Sobering night for both of us.

What I've got to ask though, Tobes, as you've always been so quick to point out Rodgers' gobbledegook (as have I <laugh> ) : what do you think of Bobby's "Asymmetric shapes"? <doh>

I assume Gerrard on for the whole game means he'll miss the Spurs game. I'm sure Bron had lofty dreams of Gerrard coming off after an hour to tumultuous applause after we were three up - the fact that we never got three points from that game by not recognising we needed Studge on at half time (at the expense of Gerrard) should wake Brendan up before fourth place is off over the horizon, if it isn't already.

Hopefully Gerrard now only has cup games and the Mancs to play.

Barkley was just benched mate, he's been crap of late and extremely low on confidence

Martinez set that side up to negate your threat as opposed to take the game to you which was OK as it worked, but in the latter stages we should have been more ambitious imo.

I think Bobby and his phenomenal interviews is bullshite lite compared to Mr Clever <laugh>

Rodgers starts a Derby game without a striker on te pitch. Shows how desperate he was to get a point<laugh>

Even with Sturridge and Lambert they could still be playing and not look like getting a goal

Surprised you guys didn't start Lukaku, thought he'd play well against our apparent poor defence. Didn't even come off the bench either <yikes>

A lot of Blues wanted to see Gerrard one last time, was he injured?

Would like to see Gerrard make the cup final, with any luck someone will buy him a ticket for his birthday

If all the Everton fans chipped in a couple of quid each,.. You could raise £10 towards the ticket <ok>

If Sturridge was fit to start he would have started. Rodgers had no choice.
As posted earlier, Rodgers had other striking options he deemed not Good enough. When he came on(sturridge)service was so poor from midfield he spent more time getting the ball from Barry than from your midfield
