yes guys was in shock when he took off Couthino. thought it cost yous the points poor manager s change I thought ..and im a toon fan

was he injured then

Poor game - ruined by Rodgers management of players and his in game management.

The only logical reason for taking Coutinho off is injury. But as long as gerrard got to play in his last derby, that's all that matters. Gerrard has no place in this team whatsoever.

And loving all the Sakho abuse - got dispossessed a few times despite being fouled in the process, made some sloppy passes but actually defended well. Can made some big defensive errors but these don't get picked up. Thought Skrtel was good as well.

I thought ibe was really positive as well and I think he could really become a regular in that position, thus moving Markovic into an advanced position.

By the end of the game, we had Lambert and Gerrard in the attack.

So embarrassing.

Not as embarrassing as Everton who subbed a CB for a CDM and a CM for a striker

It's a shame Everton have been so ****e that they now see a point as the most valuable thing in the world [HASHTAG]#zeroambition[/HASHTAG]

He'd changed the formation when he brought Alacaraz on you soft ****e. We went to 3 at the back and Barkley played in exactly the same role that Naismith was and nearly laid on the winner with the best piece of football in the game

Best piece of football? You blanked Ibe's run and shot from memory...?

You were hardly gung ho yourselves like, Robles had **** all to do for most of the game

You'd settled for a point way before the end [HASHTAG]#timewasting[/HASHTAG]

Simply put - both teams were sh*te.

Great defending by Sakho and a brilliant save by Migs, and Ibe's shot.

Can't really remember much else from the match!

****e in what sense? On the ball, or ability to defend?

Agreed he was poor on the ball last night but defended well.
He was awful on the ball and looked on edge all game imo. I was disappointed we didn't put Lukaku on him and really look to give him a hard time.

He'd have coped fine in a one-on-one. He only struggled because pressed and harassed him with two players each time.

Exactly - he was also fouled on a couple of occasions. he also had no other options other than Migs or Skrtel. I'm an Allen fan but he offered no help.

And Lukaku tried his hand at both Sakho and Can - not sure Lukaku even won a header?

<laugh> I've never known defenders (Sakho/Can) slated so much on the back of a clean sheet and 1 attempt on target <ok>

Anyway yeah Sakho is crap, Henderson runs weird, Sterling isn't as good as Januzaj, Sturridge is too selfish... our players are crap so just don't worry about them

So in this game he was only slightly better than 2 Everton players combined [HASHTAG]#shameful[/HASHTAG]
