Have to agree with Sparks on that. Bellers could stir up some fire but also pi$$ off a number of people. Not necessarily a bad thing with some of our players I hear you say but there is a danger of alienating many of the squad when we need them all pulling together.

I really hope he will manage us in the future when he has some managerial miles on the clock - but not just yet.

As Sherwood looks set for QPR I still think Adkins could be a good shout but don't see Tan ejecting Slade after funding the signing of "his players", unless of course we hit absolute rock bottom and he is forced into change.

How long after the transfer window do we give him before it'll be too late?

We could be bottom 6 if we don't get a result Saturday. Then we've got two home games against Brighton and Blackburn.

If we're still down there after that rearranged Blackburn game, he should be replaced immediately.
