This transfer window tells us 3 things: 1. The Chairman no longer trusts his Manager and would rather him gone 2. The Senior management are resigned to us having only a 25% chance of survival and would prefer to start again 3. TF is not as much of a mug as I thought he was Icing on the cake would be for the inept, clueless, couldn't give a f... about QPR bastard to leave with his entourage
Thought a very similar thing, Tf is p**sed off with the Rio situation who he didn't want and wants Harry out but doesn't want to sack him. Bring in Sir Les who Harry doesn't want there to mix things up and cause unrest within the camp in the hope Harry will leave, then in walks sherwood.
Oh well there's still tim Cahill of we want him, I agree with TF about not throwing money around in this window, what did Harry say get the loans in at start of window, fcuk all & it's goodnight from him in a few months!
Oh well. A shame that we didn't get a new player in today. My last game is Southampton. Then I have to give back the season ticket. Is this a good or bad omen?
Perhaps he thought we had an unfair advantage of having a 25 man squad including an injured Faurlin so has tried to slim it down.
I've just come in from the garage after replacing the auger belt on my snow blower as we are currently in the middle of a 40 cm snowstorm, after 35 cm on Sat when my machine broke down. My cost, a $29 belt, watched a YouTube instructional video, job was $150 at the repair shop and they couldn't do it for a week, plus you have to transport it there otherwise there is an additional $50 pick up & delivery charge. Gave it test run and blowing snow again, so fingers crossed for tomorrow morning after the city snow plough comes by our driveway entrance. So I came in expecting to see some last minute deals for us, but absolutely nothing, sweet bugger all - I would have liked to have seen us take a punt on this guy, who like Charlie certainly knows how to score goals in the lower leagues. Will be interested to see how he makes out at Cardiff. 22:47 - Eoin Doyle [Chesterfield - Cardiff] Undisclosed please log in to view this image 2013–2014 season Doyle scored 13 goals in all competitions in his first season with the club, in a season that saw the club promoted to League One and reach the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final. 2014–15 season Doyle started the season brilliantly scoring 7 goals in 6 games including a hat-trick against Scunthorpe. Three days later Doyle scored another hat-trick this time against Preston. Doyle was named Sky Bet League 1 Player of the Month for September after 7 goals in 4 games. Doyle continued his form in October scoring 3 goals in two games against Sheffield United and Bristol City. Cardiff City On 2 February 2015, Doyle signed for Championship side Cardiff City for an undisclosed fee. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eoin_Doyle
I'd say a bigger mug, relegation followed by FFP fine & transfer embargo could see us drop like a stone & any investment he's made is down the drain. Even if senior management are resigned to relegation then would have been wise to invest the Mutch transfer fee on a few up & coming youngsters so we at least had a squad for next season.
So we don't even have enough plyers to fill out the 25 man squad..,,,, and that includes Rio, Taarabatt, Swfu**facephillips and Zarate........, The end us nigh..... So pee'd off......, Sod off Harry
Leicester strengthened Hull strengthened Crystal Palace strengthened West Brom strengthened QPR ...... One loan in which we proceeded to offend and one sale which has served only to weaken our options I guess we have had better days...
Precisely, Palace new players and manager. Hull, new players. West Brom, new players & manager. US .................. No one wanted to come to us, about four or five players stated that we would be a bad move ........ and or not offered enough. In the past, we payed 'overs' ............. now the money has dried up, we suck, as they say. Well, fcuk them all. We've been a train wreck for some time but we are still moving along, not too many steps forward and of late, quite a few back but wherever we end up, I'll still be supporting them ................. moreso, with an enlarged liver and bloodshot eyes.
We are a laughing stock. I just hope this can create some sort of siege mentality amongst the players. They have no incomers to blame, it's down to them and hopefully HR picking the right team. Adel could be the key. Massage his ego, he needs to perform to get a move if that's what he wants. What better way to go than as a hero saving us from relegation!
