Evening lads, first time this dam site has let me log on since it turned all fancy. Cani doesn't look great but I'll reserve judgement as always. I was in two minds about the Austin situation but ultimately, selling a grafter like him to a team around us would be absolutely ridiculous. Even if he leaves for free at the end of the season, what if we sold him and we were relegated - the fact we haven't got 500k now means nothing.

But the greatest part about today, Tonge to Millwall, jesus wept I'd say he's low-end league 1 player these days at best.

Midfielder David Norris has parted company with Leeds United.

The club have terminated the 33-year-old's contract by mutual consent and he is now free to find an alternative club.

During his two-and-a-half year stay at Elland Road, Norris made 36 appearances for United, scoring four goals, but first team appearances has been limited this season and he has featured just once this term.

David’s final appearance for United came at Valley Parade in the second round Capital One Cup defeat against Bradford City.

The club would like to wish David all the best for the future.
