Every time someone mentions Muslims, Thatcher, or Scargill, the thread turns to ****, that's why we have the rule.
You're wrong. It's even worse than some by the Mackems we see posting on here. Even you must see how frigging stupid it is on all sorts of different levels?
Russia has been around for a long time even if it was subsumed into the People's Cuddly Democracy or whatever they have been called.
Remember, Putin says that there are no Russia troops in Ukraine - just patriotic holiday makers. Some SAS solders resign from the British Army before undertaking sensitive missions and then when they return they enlist back into the British Army.
Can't wait for Happy's interpretation of that! It makes me wonder at what point the BBC will talk about Myanmar (when everybody who ever set foot in Burma has passed on?). As another aside I found it weird the other day to see "Mumbai Aloo" on the menu of my local Indian restaurant.
http://www.inquisitr.com/1596263/fb...ll-wanted-u-s-to-nuke-russia-to-win-cold-war/ I suppose some people would support the Neville Chamberlain idea of diplomacy or prefer many millions of deaths in Japan as an alternative to two nukes dropped.
Incestuous bunch, the lot of 'em: http://www.express.co.uk/news/royal/523466/Duke-of-Marlborough-dies-aged-88
Not really that relevant to the thread, but you couldn't resist getting a sly dig on the aristos, could you? Did you make any quips like that when tax-avoiding Anthony Neil Wedgwood Benn popped his cloggs?
Watchecd a documentary today on Churchill presented by Mo Molem of all people and it appears no one liked him and he didn't give a damn. Could have had a lavish war with his pile but instead went to fight on the battlefields of France. He is up there amongst those people who turn out to be of a higher calibre of person this country throws up from time to time. Montgomery was mentioned and of course Churchill's forebeaters Duke of Marlborough, Nelson, to name a couple of them.
