What's this new thing where Henderson takes a lot of our set pieces? He is terrible at them and really doesn't have the technical ability to deliver dangerous crosses in on a regular basis. Just because he is the captain when Gerrard isn't there doesn't mean he has to take all of his responsbilities.
 
Interesting that Can is playing in the centre of the 3 defenders... Real responsibility on his shoulders, especially with Heskey's power to challenge him.
 
Would like to see Lovren come on for Joe 'offers nothing' Allen and put Can in midfield. Then bring any of the subs on for Johnson.

Have you watched Gerrard take set pieces this season? He's awful at them too. Regularly doesn't get past the first man.

Enrique used to take them well, he should be given the responsibility
 
I know footballers aren't intelligent chaps in general, but ****ing hell, I reckon the average IQ of our players is about 40. So many obviously bad decisions. That extends to the manager too.

He occasionally take them when Gerrard is on the pitch too. TBF, who else is going to take them? Coutinho and Lallana have both proved they can't take a corner. Maybe we should give Sterling a go since he's no threat in the air
 
Enrique and Manquillo nowhere near as involved in the attacks (or at least as good) as Moreno and Markovic. Not really sure what Allen and Henderson are doing either...
 
I hope the owners are watching this game because it shows we are crying out for a natural mobile striker up front - and im not banking on Sturridge going the rest of the season without another injury.

We are basically Autumn 2012 liverpool, which is at least an improvement on Autumn 2014 liverpool.
 
Enrique looks over weight and at least a yard too slow.
Allen, apart from being rugby tackled hasn't been in the game.
and Stirling, Coutinho and Lallana all seem to be running into the same space and no one showing for the ball in the box.

Wouldn't particularly say Johnson's playing poorly or doing anything wrong, but him being in the team means Can has to move to the centre and we then lose his useful forward runs in exchange Glen's usually rubbish ones.
