Think he started as 4-4-2 but Januzaj and Fellaini were useless and di Maria wasted, seemed to change it to 3-5-2 when Carrick dropped deeper but that didn`t help the attack. Once again, the only time we started so look forward was when Herrera came on but it was way too late.

And Di Maria is another Ozil, decent players but look far better when passing the ball to Ronaldo a lot.

Were the players that bad, I didn't see the game, I would assume Cambridge would have been hard pressed for legs by 65 mins unless you weren't working them that hard.

Nah, the manager's tactics are completely wrong for the English game and will ultimately be his downfall, he's already proved throwing money at it isn't working.

 

They were clever enough to let Jones and Rojo have the ball. Half the game was a rest while they passed sideways to each other. Their forward passing today was abysmal.
