These Leeds fans are obssessed with us, they always are. They'll never win anything ever again, ever ever ever in like a gajillion years. Bloody Chuckle Brothers coming over here on our board. Don't they realise we won the Third Division North in 1933, 1949 and actually won Division 2 in 1966?! Do these former glories count for nothing?!
Yous did win somatt some time ago, fair play, We are on here cos mr hat made a thread the other day is he one of yours or a totall wum?
My son is nearly 13. In his lifetime all he's known Leeds as are a **** lower Championship/ League 1 side. He has no concept of them as being a 'big' club. He finds the whole concept as rather baffling. Just so you know. He's nearly 13 years of age. Time to move on and accept the reality ladies.
No, he's one of ours, he's got his own sense of humour, kind of like the Joker in Batman. It looks very franetic, but in truth there's purpose to what he does. The fact that he got you sound wound up that you came onto our board is testament to how tetchy you people get. It's just a bit of banter, obviously we're going to call you ****, you're 20th in the Championship while we're playing in the Premier League. Deal with it. Whatever you won in the past has nothing to do with the argument, it's about the here and now. And the reality is, no matter how you glitz it up with your past glories from 40 odd years ago, we're higher up the football league pyramid than you, hence we get the gloating rights. We could get relegated, it's a reality, but even last place in our league is above 1st place in yours.
Well no, not in January. That said, in 20th place, could say the same to you. You could be in League One by the end of the season.
Maybe they have never heard of us because for most of their lives we haven't played Leeds much as we have been in a higher division. Though we were grateful for the 6 points they provided for our promotion to the PL. The few Leeds fans who hadn't left early singing "what the ****ing hell was that?" to their players at the end of an embarrassingly comprehensive mauling will long remain in the memory.
Aw bless. Winning a second division match will live long in the memory. Watching my team become Champions will live in mine. So cute...
No. I did quite well at school, really. I was particularly good at using commas correctly. As I said; not the finest minds.
