not to astro and a few others as i'm sure its why they bring it up.... you doth protest too much do you think LFc could afford the lad then? I think only if he was 12 months out from free transfer would you end up selling at a price we could afford. CIty will buy him for 55mil. from some reason that the pc brigade would hate me to say they like to have a little haggle over a mil or 2.... bony at 28mil rather than 30 is a good example.
relying on a lad to say no is like a father hoping that when he left his kid in the house alone for the first time a party would not occur....
May not be everyone's fancy and not exactly my favorite player but he does have great movement and knack to find the goal..... 13.52 GMT: Javier Hernandez's future is uncertain beyond this summer, butGoal reports that the Manchester United loanee rejected a move to MLS in order to stay in Europe. The 26-year-old striker is currently on loan at Real Madrid, but is thought to have been contacted by Chicago Fire and LA Galaxy. It seems for now, though, that Chicharito's immediate future remains in Europe.
Mario Suarez is another player who fits the DM/CM role and could do a good job, think he is 25-26, won la liga, won copa del rey, been to a CL final, has experience.
Ffs....ive just nipped off for a 5 min dump break and thought I could catch up with the latest transfer gossip whilst on the bog only to see the last 3 pages taken up by Tobes off on one!! A wasted bog break! Can we get back onto tranfer gossip please?
The Evening Standard says Liverpool strikers Mario Balotelli and Fabio Borini will not be returning to their native Italy January. Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola has told Mediaset Premium: "Balotelli has a contract with Liverpool and can't really be offered to other clubs." Borini's representative Marco de Marchi told SportItalia: "Borini will not return to Italy in January."
Would like him. Been thinking since last summer that if I could sign a list of players my first would be Raul Garcia. We need a few natural winners in our team.
Its all about chirivella. The new xabi. Anyone remember Gerardo Bruna? We stole him from Real. He was the next Messi. Now playing below conference level
Higuian isn't the type of forward we need if we're looking for a quick striker to play off the shoulder and close down defenders etc.
higuin is past it.... a little bit anyway... 30mil would be poor value there... but in the main i don't believe we are i nfor anyone.

Unless we sell I can't see us getting anyone. Which is a shame but we have to just focus on the positives (however ever much or little there is).
