Just want to say: I know you Welsh are all mental and all that but I'm glad to see you are back playing in blue again 
I haven't followed all the arguments about this like you guys but my mother was refused permission to put dormer windows in her barn-conversion roof because "it wouldn't look like a barn". That was for an insignificant 100 year old barn in the fens down a dead end lane that hardly anyone would ever get to see. If that sort of protection is in place for buildings then why not for an institution that literally thousands are passionate about?
