Morning all. My laptop has been out of action this week and the work systems won't allow me to log in to the new version of the site. I'm typing this on my sons laptop.

0C at this moment and snow in the night. The temperature today was supposed to go to -7C with more snow.

SA lost their last game a few days ago by 5:0. They are still top of the ice hockey. The Pirate Party wish to remove our blasphemy law after the French murders, to allow anyone to say anything without scare of prosecution. Jóhann Jóhannsson won Golden Globe and is nominated for a BAFTA award for music in The Theory of Everything.

Morning all, a clear blue sky above with many vapour trails showing just how many aircraft go over us. The moon is still up and really should think about going to bed soon. There was a light frost overnight, but a decent day is forecast and I hope to get on with some of the jobs that are stacking up because of all the wet days we had recently. Thanks for the coffee ak, with a bit of luck it should fire me up. :)
 
Wild night; wet and windy this morning. Listened to Mrs H's daughter-in-law contributing to a radio programme this morning. Always strange to hear a familiar voice in an unfamiliar context. I remember listening to myself on a Radio London item once and finding it hard to recognise my own voice!

I received a good e-mail from the not606 team explaining the changeover to the new platform and why it happened so suddenly. I assume others got it too but if not I can post the contents here later
 
Certainly it has some features that I like and a few odds and ends that I will live with. Would have liked to keep the red go to top arrow though.
