Also he certainly does have the potential to be worth £30million. He wouldnt be the first former saints left back to do just that <whistle>
 
Difference is Shaw is younger than Bony though.
My cousin is 18 years younger than Shaw so is worth £100m

Given what inferior strikers go for, £30m is a good deal for City. £30m for a left-back with barely a year's experience is/was far more of a gamble.
