That's a point... It could be a good call, would allow Redfearn the chance to slip back into the academy although I believe part of the problem is lack of respect from the players towards the coach, they know Cellino has faith in them and that when things are bad Cellino takes it out and lays the blame with the coach, not them...

Nothing would surprise me at our club if he was to be reinstated!

I don't see how Montengro fits in to the diamond honestly. He's a winger/striker. Unless Celino is intending to go a 442 flat I don't think he will be used

I hope he does come back. We looked more solid defensively, which isn't difficult admittedly.

We never looked like scoring either, but you can only address one problem at a time - and he only got six games!

Couldn't be any worse than we are now, always looking like we'll concede and never looking like scoring, and if we're still paying him anyway....

Redders made the right substitutions at the wrong time.

Changes needed to be made at half time, half the world could see it but he couldn't

He was ****e in his first caretaker spell in charge and seems pretty clueless now although switching **** players for **** players won't get us anywhere.

Diamond formation is shyte and doesn't work, so makes no difference who we bring in or promote. casper Sloth international, Montenegro starlett, Del Fabro starlett, Adryan starlett, Antonnuci cult figure everywhere he's been, Belusci quality .... the list goes on but these players can't do what Redders wants them to do simply because it makes no sense to them or us. Redders insists on playing his own kids instead of giving a chance to others, and this isn't what we need.

Never thought I'd say this but we are going down this season, abject failure due to lack of a manager/coach because Cellino needs to be top dog. See what happens at WBA when Pulis says ok I'll do it but I'm in charge not the board or directors of football. See what happens at Newcastle where the only manager they get is a Darko type who is willing to let the owner pick the team. Imagine Carver being given the job? well looks like it will happen because its cheap and the owner picks the players.

You thought I was a wrist slasher a few weeks ago <ok>

I agree with everything you are saying, something is wrong at the club that goes deeper than just picking the 11 players.

Adryan should have come on at half time like you say,and I would have played Montanegro from half time aswell. It was like Redfearn was trying to keep the score down instead of trying to get back into it.

Yeah it seemed like we were trying to not concede rather than score!

Looked odd defending a 2 goal deficit

I think it is fair to say a fair number here owe ristac an apology....

He made his points about the state of our club/squadteam very politely and argued the point with polite insight and he met ridicule. He was right and others were wrong.

I made the same points as ristac but with less finesse. I don't deserve an apology as I knew, and pointed out quite blunty that despite claims from some of you that you had a clue it was quite obvious you were either deluded or senile or both! 60 are you big enough to concede you are 100% wrong on cellino, dryan, Redfearn? The question is rhetorical, I know you arn't!

Chesh put the white tinteds down and accept us for what we truly are.

Anyone want 2 tickets for Sunderland -£30 the pair. I can deliver to Leeds area.

This is what I dislike about British football we're going to a European model because it's fashionable. It's failing at Newcastle, it Failed at Sunderland and every time Roman brought somebody in at Chelski they flopped. This country as a whole needs managers who bring in their own players.

If you look at the Scum and Arsenal the managers have bought they're own players, coached them and have finished top 4 in the Prem apart from the obvious exception of Moyes

I've never liked Doukara, he's can't jump, can't head. He should have been subbed early in the game, it was his fault for the 2nd goal. Useless donkey and we actually signed him. Sharp only joined us after many years off trying to get him because no one wanted him and this is his last hurrah. I don't like his attitude either.
The only saving grace regarding the table is that the wall and Blackpool are worse than us, so that leaves just one spot to fight for.

The mistake you make is you think we are happy with the way things are,the difference between Me and some others and you're little gang is we will support Leeds no matter what and you will be fair weather fans no matter what. And no I will never change no matter how many of you tell me to kick my club.

Good morning gentlemen from a crisp sunny Cote De Bardsey
Well we are now at the crossroads to we leave well alone or do we get some new faces and implement plan b
which is someone who can head a ball and someone who can cross aballl and someone who can win a ball
So I reckon we need 3 new faces to get out of trouble plus and I dont say this lightly we need yet another coach who is capable of putting the peices together
I would suggest an English coach with experience and I will be wracking my brain for an answer
    my 3 would be
    Knockheart
    Woods
    Keith Andrews

I will accept that Redders is not up to the plate Adryan where have i suggested he would be a good signing I have said hes only very youngand not up to speed.Cellino will get this right no matter what you say as I said anyone can criticise but when have you ever made a constructive suggestion other than complain
If you can show me where I said Redders would make it then I will bow my head until then I will give constructive criticism if it helps the club
Together we will beat the Lord Haw haws of this world just as we did in world war 2

And a decent coach/manager and players would come to Cellinos Leeds why exactly?
We need Cellino out of our club... He started off as the only solution, but he is the wrong solution..... Shame, but all to apparent. Not happy to say it but we are only going backwards until he sells up/ gets kicked out. His investment must be tanking, and the longer he leaves it the worse it gets Red Bull? at this rate Ben Shaws will be able to buy us.

That's the problem we've always been 3 face off something and it's usually be promotion this time we need 3 faces to survive and only one loan space left.

Knockheart has been linked with us somewhere but I can't remember. I'm just hoping that the next 31 days is a transfer miracle
