Obviously not what I meant. When we're passing the ball in the defense and the ball comes to him, he doesn't have the confidence, composure or skill to find a good solution where to forward the ball, so he usually ends up hoofing it and we therefore lose possession. It's not his fault really, but that happens when you play a center back in place of a full back.
 
I really don't like seeing players playing out of position, from experience it fairly works
If we need a right back/wing back then play the next best one i.e. McCarthy and not try and get a CB to file in especially Toby as he is a wonderful CB and an OK RB
Against Arsenal I want to see our new 3-5-2 again to try and control the midfield which is Arsenals strongest dept. Win the midfield battle and we will win the match
 
Full back and wing back are similar but different positions. It maybe that Ron doesn't want to throw in a youngster in a position that is slightly different to his normal position. Playing wing back without a wide midfielder is very exposed for a young kid making his debut.... Especially up against Sanchez.
 
I'd be thrilled to see Reed do a repeat of his debut performance. We certainly didn't miss spider in that game. Different class of opposition though so he's still unproven. I agree that Davis needs a rest, he's looked a bit off recently. Mane is on-fire so would be mad to leave him out. Yoshida will have his hands full with Sanchez on the right, not ideal if he's played out of position. Where's Callum Chambers when we need him.. oh yeah on the opposition bench, dammit.
 
On Yoshida at right back being head to head with Sanchez..when Giroud has been out Sanchez has been at striker. In the league game at the Emirates this season the front four set up like in the OP. They set up the same way in their last league game.

Where did you read that about Welbeck? I doubt Walcott will start. He's only played 22 minutes all season.
 
Has anyone tried buying more than one ticket for a cat A game this season? The website is saying some guff about linking customer nos together, has it always said this? I've had no problems in the past buying more than one ticket. Thinking ahead to the Liverpool game here.

Just bought 2 tickets, wasn't going to go as i've had a very festive, festive period but thought sod it, must say i was surprised tickets were still available.

i just bought 2 for the arsenal game and it did say about linking customer no's, i couldn't do this and bought both tickets on my customer number.

OK thanks mate. I remember buying a couple for the man city game last season and had no problem. My mother will be very disappointed if I don't take her to see the Liverpool match.
