Afternoon all from a drab Bandit Country - decided not to make the trek to The Viv today. We are invited to friends this afternoon and it would have meant having to turn up rather late, so with my sensible head on, decided to have a lazy afternoon. If the game was a 3.00 kick-off, I could have got away with it!

We are off to Malta on Monday for a few days, to get away from New-Year here and a bit of sun (I hope!).

Afternoon all, grey and not very cheerful outside. Overnight frost led to mist patches as things started to warm up, but then the cloud came over to block any heat from the sun. Still the first bit of good news is that the day is 1 minute longer. The second I hope for is three points this evening. ;)
 
Morning all, mild but windy in rural France. Eventually found my way here. Thought I had had a drop too much last night. :(
 
I would have thought our Mods could have warned us. This might take some getting used to. I am already grumpy because Skype have completely changed their presentation and it si going to take ages to learn how to get done what used to be easy. Hope that does not apply here too
 
apologies all -couldn't get on much yesterday and was not aware it was changing this morning. I will set a new thread up now for people to log any problems they have or you can PM me.

Sorry Dan - did not mean to have a go at you - just fed up with computers having had mine die a few weeks ago and now having to get used to Windows 8.1 on this new laptop and not helped by last night's result :(
