I don't think that JR wants to leave neccesarily, it is a case of taking a reasonable deal. No Carrubah I have not seen a lot of Rudd as I am sure you haven't either but what I have seen over the recent years (intermitently) makes me feel confident that he can do at least as good a job as our current number 1.
