I may be wrong but I don't think Van der Sar was 38 when he went to Manure was he?

evening mighty-and yet i've never seen an away fan say how good he is,defence yes, keeper no,in fact don't think there would be many would rate him highly in our league. How many did millwall beat palace by and yet prob all except wall fans would say palace had a better keeper.same would have been said for Leeds,Coventry,Qpr,Swansea,Bristol and more.

kasper cost us 2 or 3 games the defence did cost us more.Kaspers main fault is he doesn't come for and get crosses and corners but think 2 or 3 defenders will be brought in,plus defencive midfielder.

I never saw Kasper obviously as much as you only on tv so i bow to your superior knowledge but with a good defence infront of him do you think he would have let in the amount of goals that he did. he seems to have taken all the flak. and my own view is who ever you get in to replace him is going to have exactly the same problem, and i really think you are going to struggle to find anybody better. just my opinion, <ok>

    Lonergan is defenately no better,,,,,

that's probably incorrect, the problem with our defense was organisation. This is partly down to lack of leadership on field and partly down to training. I believe improvements in both are targets for this summer.

    Marko
Larry seems to think different <ok>

A new keeper is a necessity for Leeds with only Rachubka on the books at Elland Road, but Grayson admitted that the centre of midfield was in need of most attention before the Championship season begins on August 6

like i said my knowledge of leeds is limited but your strikers and midfield who supply the strikers seemed to do pretty well last season <ok>

A very serious injury olof, hope you've recovered ;)

Cheese, all this talk about van der sar, no question he's quality but not sure how this helps Leeds in their search for a geriatric keeper :emoticon-0112-wonde

With QPR and Swans promoted we have the best defensive record in the Championship, now if we could just sort out Forde's keeping skills <laugh>

I don't believe I was clear. The lack of leadership on field would be a goalkeeping problem. The goalkeeper should known how to orchestrate his defense and Schmeichel seemed to be clueless in that respect.
