The only thing we can do is not watch it on TV or buy products that Advertise it.
That was a very bleak read Dave I saw Blatter angrily saying that conditions of workers in Qatar is nothing to do with FIFA last week in a press release.
Disgusting pig of a human being.
The 2018 Russian wc is not much better, International football has died a death for me.

Will never happen Dave I'm afraid, However if England pulled out of the tournament I would support the FA though. Mind you that would never happen either, we're all going to hell in a handcart :emoticon-0101-sadsm

If all the top European teams boycotted Russia and Qatar it
    would make a difference.
No way would FIFA want a tournament minus Germany,Italy,Spain.
    France,England etc.
I would support 100% if FA had balls to start this.

At the end of the day the FA is spineless when it comes to such issues and so is UEFA. For once UEFA should make a plain statement that it is recommending the boycott on behalf of its members and that only if that member country individually decided to enter should they play. It is an opting in as opposed to opting out and would make it easier to gain the result that everyone wants.
To be honest if we did not have the cup in 2022 I would not lose any sleep and there could be some longer term benefits if this stance was actually made. It won't though. 2018 is equally culpable but I think we are too far down he line for that to be a live debate.

Perhaps England should try to persuade other major nations to brake away from FIFA and form their own World Cup competition ? They could hold the EPL up as a yardstick to show how it could be done <ok>

Definitely in favour of a whole restructuring KIO as where we are is embarrasing and bad for the game. Not sure the FA is a shining example particularly as Scudamore is intent on this 39th game. It might mean one of the quarter finals being played on a different continent from the main competition if a similar scenario is enacted, ah well, anything but Blatter.

With regard to the hosting of the WC, wouldn't it be better to have some sort of rota system ? When a nation's turn comes around, providing that they could meet accepted criterion, they could either accept or decline or is that too simplistic ?

    I have a cunning plan!

Maybe we should start the revolution here on not606. Lets mobilise and make the FA get us out of these farcical world cups right away. How hard could it be to make the FA to at least acknowledge our concerns. If all 606er's could get their clubs fans to all hold up "No to Russia and Qatar world cup" signs it could actually snowball. 27000 canaries saying no! 75000 Londoners at old trafford saying no! 27 fans at portaloo rd all saying no! Surely it could be done prior to the review in March next year. Pick a weekend any weekend in late January/early feb and show our displeasure. After that see who joins us. The french like a good protest and there must be fairminded fans throughout europe who would support the idea. Enough people get behind something like that and sponsors might come on board, They will follow public opinion and want the fans hard earned and also like being perceived as on the side of virtue.

    Could we make it happen?

    Viva la revolution, Bah!

Wouldn't it be something if even Carrow road could send out a moral message to the world. If we'd done it last season, it may have even got us off the last place slot on MOTD. Could you actually get something beyond bannal chit chat and glib jibbes out of Lineker et al?

    Bah!

Why not!? It's about time something was done. And not just in football!

How do we get at the head honchos at not 606? See if they'd be on board.

The top European/other nations should conspire to not qualify in favour of the minnows. Then breakaway to form their own reputable footballing bodies.
