Only Reading, Luton, Arsenal, and Man City to go, how times have changed, what a shot from the blue, you never know what lies around the corner, but this is a great draw for us, and a great challenge for the lads.
Have they still got 10,000 supporters ? This will be like their cup final so they'll be coming out of the wood to visit a decent PL ground.
Class draw & hopefully the fans turn up for this one. it wouldn't surprise me if the police only let leeds have 3,000 fans tho. the ****s cut Boro ticket allocation in the FA Cup 3 seasons back.
Interesting, the draw reproduced two of the greatest upsets in FA cup finals, Sunderland V Leeds and Liverpool V Wimbledon ( or something like that)
SUNDERLAND'S FA Cup third-round game with Leeds United will take place on Sunday, January 4 with kick-off at 1pm. Tickets for the game, which is a repeat of the 1973 final, go on sale at 9am on Monday, December 15 and are priced at £15 for adults and £5 for under-16s and over-65s. Black Cats Bar tickets are £30. Season card holders and Black Cats Bar members have until 5pm on Thursday, December 18 to purchase their seat. Season card holders will not be issued with a match ticket but will simply have their card enabled for entry. After the priority period, any unsold season card seats will be made available for general sale from 9am on Friday, December 19. A loyalty point will be awarded to season card holders who purchase within the priority sale period. Supporters are advised that due to competition rules regarding ticket allocations for visiting clubs, some season card holders located in the North West Upper and Premier Concourse areas may not be able to use their season card seat and will be offered an alternative location at point of sale. Supporters enrolled on the ‘home cup scheme’ will have their season card automatically updated for this game and do not need to contact the ticket office.
