I've heard from #neutrals that the pen was correct but City could have had reds

I only saw the last 20 but there was nothing from Everton except Lukaku's effort which forced a decent save

Pen was really soft as #Neutrals on sky sports agree on but yes there were 2 high boots that were naughty one of which should have been red..
