3 players for Jan

Alright chaps, how is everyone doing? Aint been on here for a while

anyway another draw for us yesterday but what a great point it was. 8 draws now from 13 games and it just shows (apart from two games) how solid we have been but on the other hand it makes you think if we just had 1 maybe 2 players with a bit of quality in our side could we have turned 2 or 3 of those draws into wins or taken something off QPR?

anyway we know that Poyet has spoken about only looking for a couple of players this January. We know that another left back has been mentioned and we also know that Poyet has mentioned about quality coming into the side.

3 players I would like to see us go for

LB - Martin Olsson - Norwich
FWD - Joel Campbell - Arsenal on loan
CF - Danny Ings - Burnley

pretty sure Ings is out of contract in the summer, might be able to get him for a half dozen million. The lad looks a good player and scores goals

I agree with all 3 of them players. They would significantly improve our squad.

Nowt the matter with them your suggesting but I think it was Cest who said a long time age that we should consider Jordan Rhodes. If Alti and Wickham go do we try for both?

Agree with all of them, think you would get Olsson on the cheap for sure

Joel Campbell or Lukas Podolski on loan would instantly improve our team and is a potential capture

Danny Ings/Jordan Rhodes would also instantly improve our team


Lasse Schone seems to be getting a few rumours at the moment, bit truth in it with the echo reporting it too?
 
Alright Poolie good man?

I'd like Podolski myself, can play up top or inside forward, not as fast as I'd like but strong direct with a beast of a shot. Could defiantly bring goals where ever he's played. Mcmanaman too. Like the idea of Olsson like, would bring good competition for PVA.
 
Cabral will be gone think a deffo, Graham if we are lucky, Conner if he doesn't sign, Josey not sure we would take a bit hit loss there, and he wasn't too bad yesterday
 
Who would be interested in Nastasic btw?

Think he would be relatively cheap as he isnt getting any game time at all and we need new CB's for the ageing JOS/Brown imo

Also Scott Sinclair to be linked to us again?
 
He had an awesome first season with the Mancs but he can't get a game now.

If he's available I would be tempted to pay whatever it costs. Unfortunately I think he's too good for us and his wages will be way over the top. Apparently he's turned down Everton and West Ham and Arsenal are now sniffing around.
 
Podolski would be a decent signing so would Olsen. We need a CB desperately, if JOS or Brown get injured which is likely due to their age we will be fooked.

Personally I don't want any loans unless its with an option to buy.

I know he's young like. Wonder if he's been getting development games. Something for Congerton to look at.
 
if we signed Nastasic I think he would turn out to be one of the best signings the club has ever made

the only problem is I think a bigger and better club will be in for him
