What Scottish football needs is the glamour, the razzmatazz and dignity that Rangers would bring, never mind the fact that we are Scotland's biggest club and the world's gaze would no doubt be fixed to the Scottish game to see how Rangers get on with their return to the SPFL. Let us make no mistake, the only team it benefits that we are not in the top league is FC BHEAST and that is because they have a free run to the title, albeit a tainted one, and a chance to get into the CL. What Scottish Football really needs is a club spending money it does not have , in an attempt to beat other teams that are spending within their budget. Then every other club will try and spend money they don't have in an effort to compete. What do you mean this is what happened for the last 20 years?
