The time has come to point and laugh at our RS friends.

trapattoni..1 European Cup 1 Cup Winners' Cup 3 UEFA Cups

arrigo sacchi 2 european cups

benetiz: 1 european cup, 2 uefa cups

and the list goes on and on and on...

Of course they dont. Any manager can win 16 league titles and almost as many domestic cups. Thats a given.

European trophies are where its at. Fergie only has 7 though so ranks as number 1...

Ancelotti's trophies across two clubs all count
Benitez gets three clubs to scrape together his collection and still falls well short of SAF

SAF must be the only manager, scratch that, person in the world for whom ironclad loyalty and 27 years without being fired, in a job where longevity is usually measured in months, are used by some as evidence of failure <laugh>
 
Seems the YSB's have very short memories. All the time they had 18 titles, we were in their shadow. As soon as we got 19, (and 20) that statistic became unimportant, and the premiership doesn't count any more.

And they wonder why we call them dippers!

If you read the thread then it is easy to laugh at both sets of fans IMO. In addition to that, does it even matter...? <laugh>
