One particular Spurs fan thinks Koeman would be an option to take over at Spurs if Pochettino was sacked. Edit: actually if Rodgers was sacked at Liverpool.
http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/southampton/news/36879/ Sorry, this is probably not a clickable link, but to save you the bother of looking (or to heighten your interest) this is from 'The Ugly Inside', and says that Levy has targeted our head of car parking. I've heard that the pies sold at half time are the real force behind Saints' success, so can it be long before the tea lady/cook is in Levy's sights?
it would appear to be a shame that we have lost him but we have a system in place and no doubt we'll improve our personal in this dept also
I wonder in the "black box" is patented in anyway. Although that is an incredibly complex area of the law ...
Not really complex. You can pantent the search engine it uses and the way it collects stats and info.
I didn't say you could. But you could get around it by patenting certain things that lead up to the concept. It's how companies get around and patent stuff that has basically been made already. All depends how much cash you want to throw at it.
No, method patents are like software patents - very easy to get around if you know how the original works. You just find a different way of doing the same thing, for example our black box & analytics software is bespoke, in-house. He won't be able to take it with him, but if Spurs write their own software that does the same thing (perfectly legal - there's loads of football analytics software) he'll have got around any method patents as one of the parts of any method patent we hold will have been the software we use. Of more use than any patents we hold will be any secrecy clauses in his contract and any NDAs he's signed - I also hope that we're putting him on "gardening leave" immediately - his notice period will hopefully be at least three months, so he hopefully won't be able to join them until after the transfer window.
I never said they couldn't get around it, I think you read what I said wrongly. Even my second setence says about getting around things already made. All I did say was you can patent anything these days. Agree with your second paragraph tho.
Thanks Paul, Goodbye, Good luck, but don't be surprised if in two to three months time, you start to realise that things at Saints aren't so bad.
you can patent anything under the sun as long as you suffix it with "on a mobile device" that is unless apple has patented it, like swiping across a screen.
