I don't agree. He is saying what most are thinking, I've pretty much said the same thing. If you're innocent, you're going to be killed for speaking out IMO (hidden rule). Therefore, if your not voted into being lynched we find out whether that hidden rule exists. If you don't die then its two possibilities, the hidden rule doesn't exist or you're Mafia.

The frustrating part is, there is little point in Sky or the journo will do their work on you since there is a chance you'll die anyway.

Why is B most likely? Surely we just can't tell either way As far as I'm aware we have nothing to tell us he's innocent or guilty...at all. It's possible he's being forced...it's possible he's trying to sneak in a free vote for Sky. No one has counter claimed but he is as yet one person putting Sky under threat....whilst his story may be true we can't just dismiss him as a "leave him until tomorrow"...

If Bisc is innocent and doesn't change his vote from Sky then Mafia could potentially get 4 votes for Sky tonight, take out another innocent and we're already in big trouble.

If Bisc is mafia and we agree not to take him out we are giving him a free vote for Sky

Whilst his vote is for Sky we surely HAVE to keep some pressure on him.

As for the "Village Idiot" idea....if he IS a village idiot then surely we want him gone ASAP otherwise he's going to be a nuisance all game

 

Say the mafia are stitching up IBWT by making us think he 's the mafia. One of the ideas would then presumably be for us to start voting IBWT. So presumably a couple (not all) might start voting for IBWT in order to put some pressure on. Or, they may wait to see fit he doubts take hold, and if they realise it is isn't flying, safely deposit votes elsewhere. I'm guessing that at least two of the mafia haven't voted yet.

At no point should IBWT be out on his own no....he surely has to be one name amongst a few front runners though. Whilst his vote is for Sky why would we not?

right now i'd like to just focus on what we know... and not gt down a rabbit hole of mights.

the votes cast thus far are not written in stone but they do give us 4 players at risk and thats real.

Now you should have seen how i picked my target out at random using the date today and the list i'd done on the sign up thread. thats the sum total of why lucaas is up there. Is this correct?

On day one some lads always skirt by and some always get picked out. there is a good reason why ibwt is up. thats fair... I think ibwt you knew getting the message you'd be up. gerrez is up there for no reason bar being gerrez. Others have not got picked out

so we got to ask ourselves. if we like a 4 way tie are the right guys up and also based on this whats the final vote going to look like. Do we want 2 votes to decide this or do we want 3 or even 4 votes each.. what would it tell us?

I did the maths last time. getting a tie up there increases mafia risk

Why would the mafia try and kill sky? Surely as the only known innocent it's ridiculous to try and kill him? Basically anyone who adds there vote to IBWT is mafia. It's too obvious surely?

I'm going to ignore ibwts vote and put it down as being due to the Heavy, for now, but keep it noted down for later in the game incase he does anything else suspicious. That said I don't mind him being in the coin toss, the more in there with me the better

Considering discussions in the previous thread around the Heavy role, I'm 99% certain a innocent claiming to be pressured will be killed. How logical would it be to have heavy role where people can just announce they're being pressured? Only reason I'm not 100% is because Astro likes to mix it up at times.

PS...worth noting that the Mafia can muster five votes at once; four Mafia members plus the heavy enforcement. In theory, they could wipe out Sky this time if they wanted but it would be a bit silly to do that.

 

I'm innocent. I also made the vote before IBWT's revelation (I think), not sure if that makes me more or less suspicious.

I'm not sure on him, but I 'll keep my vote on him for now to keep him in the (current) four-way tie.
