The glorious South
Maurice or Brenders?

Both living off last seasons results, but time is quickly catching up.

I reckon BR will just shade it, almost winning the title will be the new winning the title when they look back after many more seasons of failure.
Whereas MP is already dead man walking, Levy will have to sack him just to deflect the blame.

This international break is going to be more fun than usual.

Liverpool will stick with Rodgers...based on last year alone, they have to give him until the end of the season. Mauricio will be the sacrificial lamb...especially if the players stick the knife into him to divert attention from themselves.

It's a tricky one. I actually think that Poch may be given more time than others in the past. If another Levy appointment fails then he will be looking over his shoulder so Poch must work or he could find himself gone as well. Problem is Poch needs to drop some of the big name players who are not doing it for him and Levy wants to see the expensive players he's signed in the team. Levy's got to let something give here and I think it may be that he backs the manager for a change.

Any ill feeling I may have had for Maurice (and the others who left) seems to be evaporating the longer our winning streak continues. I am enjoying their discomfort but as much as I try to whip up a sense of loathing, I'm overcome with indifference. Given the chance I wouldn't take any of them back, we've moved on to better things. Success has made me a nicer person.......Can't promise to keep it up when some poor results come along though (you know, like only getting a draw at the Emirates).

Not sure why people think Daniel levy will be looking over his shoulder and spurs fans think Joe Lewis will get rid of him. He owns over 25% of spurs. whilst Lewis does have majority voting rights I'm pretty sure it is not that easy

My dislike for MP and the varied turncoats has also evaporated as we do better and they fail...the winner can always be magnanimous. Can you imagine how angry we would still feel if we were in the bottom three? I can even feel slightly sorry for them (though not enough to want them to do well :)).

Wow, not my feelings at all. The better we do, the more I want it rubbed in their faces! Gifts like this weekend's results are glorious! The bigger the gap gets at this point, the bigger the cushion we have during the few months of the traditionally difficult fixtures.
