I mean real threw one of those on against us last night... Would you by an ex manc?

Nope, not confident enough to think that his injuries have cleared up or he can return to his best playing days.

Would rather go for someone who fits our style - quick, versatile, can play out wide and drift in.

no, he will do a schneider and hold out for best wages.

dont think he is worth the money he would cost either. esp his ****ing outrageous wages.

No, we want to buy players for the future or current qualities, not former qualities :)

I think if we targeted him in the summer, there could have been a chance. He seemed to have fallen out favour at Real, but he's had a few very impressive matches this season.

Think it will be difficult - but he's certainly a cracking player. Would like to have another crack at Shaqiri as well.

More chance of Bale than Isco. Was in Madrid last week (bad planning i know!!) and the fans would riot if they sold him. Shaqiri much more possible but is he likely to come to a club that's struggling like us??
 
Isco seems to be able to receive the ball in any situation without trouble. He is calm on the ball and always finds a teammate.
 
So if yesterday proved anything, it was how badly we need a decent DM. Shame we missed out on Song. Rumours are that he's now happy and settled in London. Who else could fill that role at a reasonable price? Tiote? I don't see Cabaye as the answer, although wouldn't say no at the right price!
