I like how it's described as a "MEGA" £20mill deal, like that's a lot of money for one of the best 'keepers in the World.

It's all just guess work, as you say, but it wouldn't surprise me if he does move on, he could walk into almost any side in Europe. £20mill is nonsense though, he's got a 5 year deal that he's just started and Levy has never been that type to be short changed. I'd be astonished if we don't get at least £35mill for him and if PSG or anyonether new money side are involved I'd expect it to go much higher.

Seems like standard Real behaviour, to me.
They probably want him next summer, so they start this crap now and work their way up.
Either that or some bored journalist without a story.

either way..hes the next one out..and who can blame him? hes too good for the rest..so if Levy wants a good team then at least this time show us that its about the team and not the bank balance, by improving the team so that Lioris does not want to leave.

Let's be honest, with the way our club is at the moment, the only players we are going to keep are those who couldn't negotiate a better deal any where else. And, let's be brutal about this, that includes most of our players.

This is the legacy that Levy and his inept board is leaving us with.

This is true of every club in the world.

The point I'm making is that if we were merely a club in transition, good players would want to come to us, not look for the first opportunity to leave.

If we lose Lloris and Vertonghen and do not massively strengthen the squad with proper quality players, we are going to be fighting relegation next season.

What the hell happened to the long-expected North London Power-Shift?
