Jeremy Goss would be a good shout!
Isn't he the one that scored a goal in Germany?
Yeah, but probably (or possibly should be) equally remembered for scoring the last ever goal in front of the old Kop at Anfield.

Given the title of the OP though, I would have thought that Ullathorne would have been remembered by Budgies for more than that unfortunate back pass, (as would Gunny), being a member of their early '90's team and playing against Inter at the San Siro...
I only posted the vid for the benefit of the younger Budgie posters such as dave and gandy who may not have seen it before.

You are such an arse licker at times!![]()
Mel Machin was a fairly low key performer back in the late 70's but I was there for his hat-trick against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground. Still can't believe it now to be honest.
Greg Downes, Peter Mendham and Keith Bertschin!
Robert Rosario for managing to hook a ball over the cross bar away to Forest when he was stood on the line !
I still can't work out the logistics of how it was possible ?!!
Greg Downes was a hero Warky - had a venomous left peg. Couldn't defend for anything but had a cracking shot on him !
I remember it well but I also well-remember a stunning 30 yard strike by him (I think it was a volley) at Middlesborough (Ayresome park) in the early 80's when we won 3-2 (Sadly no YouTube clips available to prove it)
