Am I alone in thinking Marquis needs to be given a chance? The glimmer he showed at the end of last season deserves to be uncovered. He's a big-ish front man too and can hold the ball up for JM (see McQoids goal against Preston) but also is a good poacher. Think he could do well if given the chance and if he's shunned too often and put on the bench by new signings he might lose a bit of his passion and drive!
No you're not alone in this one mate, I just don't say much about Marquis as KJ only seems to use him when we really need him. I'd love him to be our main striker with McCquiod but can we see this actually happening? I think not unfortunately Whatever happens I hope Marquis stays and fights and shows more of what he did last season, looks like a great talent
