Was looking forward to retiring at 55 but that's gone down the ****ter. However I cannot wait for the births as they keep you young and active and can't wait to educate them in all things SAFC. Wife's father is a mag season ticket holder but a great bloke. He worships the ground my 2 year old walks on & he has threatened to take him to watch the crass! Any advice to ensure that the young uns don't stray from the enlightened path???
Just tell them if they follow the crass now then it will be Boro by the time they hit puberty. That will frighten the ****e out of them..
Ah babysitting of course. You just teach them. If he mentions Newcastle. Call the Police, then shoot him.
Right I'm away to see if my bed is free yet. Here's hoping that there are more quality signings at SAFC over the weekend.
I have two lads aged 16 and ten and both of them are Sunderland season ticket holders and fanatics. My little girl is the youngest at 9, and she is a proper little daddies girl. I think with my girl our lass just told me the news when I got in from work. However my abiding memory of that pregnancy was when our lass had a miscarriage while we were away on holiday which obviously devestated us. However, when we got back home to Sunderland we had to report to the hospital for our lass to get examined. There they confirmed that our lass had lost a baby, but also stated that she was still pregnant. We both just stood there speechless until they said that she had been expecting twins but had lost one of the babies. I couldn't even begin to describe the mixture of emotions that we endured, but at the end of the day we got a beautiful daughter to go with our two fine lads, so happiness prevailed.
A lovely heart warming story MrRAW, a gent amongst gents you are mate & your family must be so proud to have you at the helm..
I have two to my ex, daughter is 16 now going on 25, just had her school prom in Durham last night. My lad is the second one, nine yo now called him Niall Thomas after Quinny & Sorenson. Wanted to call him Kevin Phillip but his mam wouldn't have it at all, no way. Then there is little Erin, not mine biologically but as her real dad want's nowt to do with her, I be her dad & love the bairn so much it hurts. So, I have three. Kids eh. Who'd have em?
Who thought of the idea of a "let's wet the babies head drink", It's mid-afternoon now, just woke up, place looks like a war zone. First kid, i was told the news while i was stationed in Arbroath. Second one, no idea, but always remember he was born in the second half of the FA cup, when Everton won the cup in 95. So i have one that was born in somerset, one born in surrey, and one born in thailand..... At least the first daughter,(who lives in France), is happy, and now wants money for a ticket to come and see her half-sister. **** i need a better job to keep up with this lot.
