CTWD publishes its draft vision, aims and objectives

They say that when you're in a hole, you should stop digging. It seems CTWD not only don't know they're in a hole but have started using a JCB. No doubt they have plans for earth movers and boring machines.

They don't seem to understand they need us. There are any number of people we can choose to represent us in dealing with the club and if this is their way of showing why it should be them they may as well give up now. Frankly, I think they're beginning to look laughable. Who do they think they are?

Their chairman was, I presume elected because the membership thought he was the best person for the job. God knows what CTWD's rank and file's hip-flasks are like. Personally, Mark Gretton is the last person I would want to represent me in dealing with Hull City since his judgement is obviously awry as is, I suspect that of those who elected him chairman in the first place.

So, what do we have? A bunch of people who want to represent Hull City fans, with a chairman with horrendous judgement illustrated by the tweet and his refusal to issue a retraction. I think the time for retraction passed ages ago and I have no intention of wasting any more of my time on this bunch of comedians. I support Hull City and my time and energy is too valuable to spend trying to wring apologies from nonentities with delusions of grandeur and, sad to say, liars as this shows

Hull City is bigger than CFTWD, The Fans' Liason and Advisory Group, Tigers Co-op (I really never knew they still existed .... as I said, I was a member and thought they'd been wound up and what WAS the difference between Tigers Co-op and Tigers 2000? Angie Rowe was high up in one until she "stood down"). Mark Gretton ... who laughably, according to City 'til We Die " doesn’t post personally on message boards is the "Tiger-Chat Fans' Representative yet also represents CTWD. How many hats (and hip flasks) does Mark Gretton have and why should we give a toss what he or those who think he's so wise, think?

You've had your chance CTWD ... your replies here prove you cannot be trusted. If you can't be straight with the fans, if you're more concerned with Mark Gretton's right to not retract his tweet than the welfare of Hull City, we can all see your self-serving agenda a mile off.

oh ... and while I'm at it .... if you're going to pick songs to be sung at 1904, try and pick ones that are not also used by The English Defence League. You sound like neo-nazis. You couldn't make it up! .... singing stuff like that to protest against an Egyptian asylum seeker who made his fortune in Hull and has done more with his wealth for Hull and it's people than any number of the well-heeled natives. If it can be got wrong, CTWD will get it wrong. They're proving it now.

First of all, let's deal with the important issue here. Once again a polite request for any information regarding the possibility of a free balloon at a later date has so far not received a reply. I accept that this question will have to be taken back to full committee for consideration and decided upon. At that point, but only at that point can someone post a reply to the question and confirm that this is the ratified opinion of the committee. As opposed to the views of an individual who happens to be on the committee. This is correct and as it should be. I await a response with interest, more in hope than expectation as it happens. Of a free balloon I must hasten to add, as opposed to a decision ratified by the committee. Which I am sure will come at some point.

If in the considered opinion of the committee it is decided it is unlikely there are to be any free balloons, hey ho, not to worry. We move on and I would thank you for time and kind consideration. In other words, as I see it, this thread is for the opinion of the committee speaking on behalf of CTWD, giving it's official position on any questions raised.

I feel we need to have a very clear answer to the questions raised over the #Cxxtflask issue and this has to be the official position of the committee. They cannot and must not hide from answering the question, in my opinion. As a committee they must commit to an answer. The answer will give a good indication of what kind of committee we as stakeholders are dealing with.

Once again I have raised the issue of the minutes of the first meeting, because as we all know the self elected not 606 board representative (Mr OLM, take a bow son) gave a back word to members and interested stakeholders over his pledge to share the information from that first meeting. The CTWD group as a whole were quick enough and quite prepared to share these details with the FA, (on request?) well after they had handed over their official submission, the one which was rightly placed in the public domain. This was something they neglected to mention to stakeholders until well after the event.

So far these minutes have only been seen by committee members past and present. Not everyone was or indeed is happy with this situation and it raised the question of accountability and brought the integrity of the group into question.

I would not like to see the same happen again over the Cxxtflask issue as I would not like to see a pattern of duplicity and unaccountability emerging.

The supplementary questions were cut and pasted from an article about the occupy democracy movement, who have not been in the news at all lately. This despite the fact that they have been involved in a rather large direct action, which has strangely been mostly ignored by the mainstream media.

CTWD is a fans group and not a fxxking government as you rightly point out, but it would be rather worrying if this fans group had in fact had its democracy "occupied" and its accountability diminished to zero from the start. very worrying indeed for the stakeholders, which is of course the entire fan base.

I hope this is not the case and would expect a ratified position of the committee in relation to this matter to be posted on this thread so as we are all clear as to were the CTWD committee stand on this issue. I feel this is very important for the integrity of the entire group going forward.

Thanks for listening. An early response would be appreciated. It is your credibility which is on the line here, not mine or that of anyone else.

Seeing as City fans were singing this in the 1990s and the EDL weren't formed until 2005 the question should be why did the EDL copy City fans. Of course this children's song goes back before City and other fans used it.
