Of course he was exaggerating remember who he is. Still im sure he has a point in this outbursting. Maybe he could get himself sacked and we could get out of Taarabt as well........
Kerosene. Fire. This won't end pretty. It needs to end though and it need to end now. Fernandes has a decission to make.
Both should stop now as it will do more harm than good. The problem is that now H may feel the need to say more and off we go again. Though I expect Tony and Phil will say 'enough is enough'
I've always said I would like to hear Taarabt's side of the story. We have a wonderful media team who post so much about the Rangers, from the benign kids, work in the community, ladies, tunnel cams and yes men players who say they are going to step up to the plate (and then don't) but will interview them again the following week only to repeat the same promises. We need an official Taarabt explanation to end the speculation. I say we should put Taarabt, Redknapp, Barton and SWP on an election type podium to discuss all things QPR, and what it means to them. Then we as fans will possess the knowledge so that we can draw our own conclusions.
Well Neil Warnock has put it in writing and didn't play him as soon as we were promoted. Mark Hughes also criticised his attitude.
My apologies for starting a new thread on this mate. I did initially consider posting it on your one but decided it put a different viewpoint and spin on things and deserved it's own one. It was in no way intended to steal your thunder. I believe that this one offers another take on this sorry saga, and please trust me when I say that .. I really am fed up and can't stand any more Adel threads. This news however can throw the club into turmoil, as it really does undermine Harry.
No argument with that but they still got some great performances from him. Apart from Chelsea away Harry has not and lies to cover his unwillingness to use him. That he did very well at Milan suggest that Adel can still be brilliant but Harry seems to hate him, though of course he says he's a lovely lad.
I have lost a lot of respect for Harry over this incident. He took his frustrations out on Taarabt in a very unprofessional manner. Lose against Villa and it is adios Harry.
This story needs it's own thread, good call mate. Let it run it's course and maybe merge the two at a later date. It makes me sick though, after the performance yesterday all we talk about (again) is Adel. It doesn't do us the supporters any good and it definitely doesn't aid the club. This saga needs to end sooner rather than later.
What Adel says about our lack of plan and pressing as a team look like what I see most games under Harry. And the poor standard of training has come out before.
Who do I like the most, Adel or Harry? Adel hands down. Who have done most for the club, Adel or Harry? I would say Adel. But that is not what this is about for me. I'm a fan of QPR, the club. Players come and go, and it pains me to say this but Adel needs to go. I don't think we can progress as a club with the unrest he brings. And let's face it, he will be out the door as soon as a better offer comes along anyway.
I do find it a bit strange that we are yet again, discussing a player who didn't even feature yesterday more than the players that did.
OK Mr 9's, as I'm in a good mood I will let you off and we can just call it your 1st verbal warning.... I'm off to the cloakroom again...
You're probably right mate. I think I might merge the two threads. The only problem I have now is that any early-to-beds might rejoin the post am and miss the new take on the issue.
We will never know the real truth but that fella does not look 3 stone overweight, even with the hyperbole of irritated exaggeration.
