It's the same situation with a lot of players. Even without the possibility of being a free agent this time next year, many clubs who play hard ball over the valuation of their players surely realise they have to sell eventually or risk getting nothing/very little. What if Alexis Sanchez breaks his leg? What if Neymar does? Or, more plausibly, they lose form? Both of these players' clubs are trying to stir up a bidding war while they know the demand is high. It's the best time to sell. Obviously they claim they don't want to, but it's the usual hard sell bullsh*t. I'd also enjoy it if we walked away from the Adam deal. I don't think we really need him, and I'd also like to see Oyston get next to f*ck all for him in January or next year.

Am i the only one, who thinks Charlie Adams is vastly over rated? Vaughan made Adams look good last season, by doing the donkey work for him. Yes he's good on a dead ball. But we don't need him, and personally think we have better at the club. Far more important is a wide player or two, a left back and a center half.
