Any thoughts about it should be posted her, please.
 
You're probably moving the comments as I type, but what happens after Xmas - are their any people around to step into the supermods boots? Are any of you guys (PNP, YV or Spurf) thinking about your position with any extra work this may entail. How many weeks before a Chelsea mod sees the note and posts on their board?

There are areas on both General Chat and the Newcastle board where it's in a password protected section, I believe.
Not that I'd ever visit such a place... <whistle>

No idea if anyone wants to take BRB or Minxy's place. I certainly don't and I doubt either Spurf or YV would be interested, either.
As for the extra work, I don't think that we'll have any. There isn't much racy stuff posted on here, anyway.

Not sure what BRB and Minxy do, but if they are overworked now and then leave, surely the site falls over in the near future?

BRB and Minxy are the current Supermods. They deal with things like ban requests, approving mods and spam for the most part, but also inter-board crap.
When the normal mods disagree, then they have to work it out. Some people make this difficult.

If they leave and nobody takes over, then things would become impossible, but that's probably unlikely.
It used to be one bloke's responsibility, but some people took the piss and he quite understandably quit.
This board is pretty easy going and self-moderating in comparison to some of the others. Thanks everyone! <laugh>
 
I'm happy with what ever you guys decide. Provided that we keep this (and all other threads) WUM-free.
 
We don't need porn on this board, we have Spurs AND HIAG <laugh>

I echo PNP's thoughts on this, we actually have little to do here because we have (for the most part) a very civilised group of posters, and new posters tend to conform to the standards of the board.<ok>

As one of the silly brigade , I have to say the mods do an excellent job keeping a friendly cordiality .
There many Spurs forums that are full of the uncouth , the bitter , revengeful and unpleasant .
Our " founding fathers " have to be praised for their diligence , sacrifice , collective spirit for this
happy band of Cockerel Libertadores .
The success of this board is down to them.
