Hopefully that post will dispel the myth that Leeds are in the top 6 - cheers mate <ok>

Where did you get the 37,890 from?
The club,go on tell me they are wrong.:emoticon-0120-doh:

Ground capacity : 37,890
Pitch measurements : 115 x 74 yards
Nicknames : 'United' or 'The Whites'
First choice colours : White with blue and gold trim
Change colours : Yellow with blue strip
Leeds United came into being late in 1919 but it was 1920 that the club gained election to the Football League.

Seems strange then that the season in question you got 40,153 at home to Man Utd - or are you getting your years as well as your sums mixed up <whistle>

Chesh - So you don't get too confused with facts <laugh> As your highest gate that season was 40,153 we can presume that was your capacity

So what percentage is 36,000 of 40,000? <whistle>

No idea what planet or season your on about, but nearly all my posts have been about this season and never mentioned man u at home.Do you suffer a lot with confusion ?

Read thread again mate - you questioned my 90% which turns out to be correct - you then went on to state that despite being correct and you being incorrect that it was MY maths that were wrong - and now you are using the old chessy chestnut about not reading the thread properly <ok><laugh>

Post where I said I've not read the thread properly.Could you let me know which year you are on about, then post us the link showing all them clubs selling out 98% of their ground in that same season. When you can do that you will be right but you can't so will be always as usual wrong.I wont hold my breath.<whistle>

Can you also post the link for 50 years ago when 11,583 was the 6th largest following in England.wont hold my breath <whistle>

Auf wiedersain TC

just a quick one, think it was Ringo who quoted 200,000 applications (for a play-off final I think it was) ... actually it was around 320,000 which really says a lot about the size of the Leeds fan base, and I for one didn't apply so how many more thousands can you add? I remember reading somewhere that Leeds had a worlwide fanbase of well over 500,000 and that it was higher than any Serie A, Bundesliga, Dutch and French clubs, and in Spain only Barca and Real topped Leeds ... also, when Leeds were last in the Prem they were in the top five in revenue self generated (excluding Sky money), and in the top fifteen in Europe ... says a lot to me
