Liverpool v Chelsea might be a bit fiesty next month. Skrtel should have been sent off at least once and had a constant battle with Costa, which he won with much assistance from the ref who was very poor. It will need a strong set of officials with no bias.
Ah, therein lies the rub! On the one hand, you have the natural bias that refs show towards 'Pool, but on the other, there is the abject fear they have of The Smug One. Should be fascinating to see who gets the call. My money is on 'Pool, who I think will play 12th man for them; but I also believe that Chelski will be far too strong for a lackluster 'Pool side, that has 8th spot written all over it.
Roy Keane said today Mareen is a disgrace, and said he wanted to punch him, instead of shake his hand after the Villa, chelsea game, form a queue, behind Wenger!!
Playing mind games with Roy Keane is too easy; the sucker falls for it every time. If they simply ignored him, The Smug One would look like the complete plank that he is, but the likes of Whinger and Keane play right into his hands.
He was bloody awful in the summer, just like the rest of their side, so I don't see why it should start effecting him now.
aye, The Spain squad are ALL misfiring right now. Nothing seems to be going right for them. Plus they dont (and have never) played to Costa's strengths. Imo he would have fit in better with the Brazil team, with his play style, but never mind.
Talking about Gomez, why did that man go to pieces...and why didn't Spurs show him the door a long time ago? Is he married to the owner's daughter?
Gomes is a great keeper that just has the occasional schoolboy error in him. Makes saves that few keepers can.
Two months into the season and only 7 games played in the PL. Another bloody break for the ROI to play Gibraltar and England to play San Marino Only another week of this, then it's normal service resumed. It's only 75 days 'til Xmas Is it just me or does anyone else feel like the international break is an unwelcome and unnecessary distraction which we could do without? Nothing to discuss on here except whether so and so will come back injured.
I hardly ever go onto the Arsenal board as it doesn't interest me. Well now I'm just wondering that after this break do we see a traditional return to team's performances and positions in the table. Saints and Swans, do we see them take a bit of a dive now and will Chelsea start to fade? I'm still maintaining my hold that Saints have been good for us with transfers etc and when Pocket gets the players he wants things will start to happen. We are after a young West Brom player about whom I know nothing and Huntelaar the latter I consider a mistake. Who's going to start a "Spurs in the January window" thread?
Ozil wants to leave the goons, and they are willing to sell him!.The man to win them the league title,That went well, didn't it,you can always rely on the goons to give us a good laugh!
