I remember being on leave one time, must have been late 80's or early 90's.
The party workers were going around campaigning for the impending election.
Every one of them had one on, no matter what the weather.

I went out for a pint & asked some lads about these ****ing orange kagouls.
Apparently it was part of the uniform & they had to wear them, daft ****s. <doh>

I'd had a pretty rough tour & I could have nutted the bastards when they turned up on my doorstep.

We'll have to wait and see. I reckon they secretly will be looking at up to 20 MPs next May if they have sufficient funding to get enough people to stand. There's no doubt Cameron is worried...."go to bed with Nigel Farage and wake up with Ed Milliband"........perish the thought <yak>

And the fact that two of Cameron's MPs have defected hasn't helped his cause. He's got a few anxious months ahead of him.

They'll increase their presence in parliament no doubt but can't see them getting 20 seats.

That's where they'll struggle mate ........ it would be suicide for most politicians to stand for UKIP.

If it fails they've burned their bridges forever.

I honestly think they wont get any, but there is no way in this earth they will get twenty. the reason Milliband and Cameron are worried is because votes for UKIP dilute majorities and give the second party a foot in the door, that doesn't mean it will be UKIP though.

In Heywood and Middleton, Labour retained the seat with a majority of 600 reduced from 6,000, I think they have a good right to be worried but by-elections are normally low turn out, protest votes.

    UKIP = Paranoid Tory. <ok>

The one good thing UKIP is doing, is pointing out to the main parties how worried the man in the street is getting about the large influx of immigrants.
We aren't talking takeaways here, we are talking about Mosques going up at the end of their streets.
Children going to school where there classmates struggle with basic English and end up getting more attention.
Immigrants working for the first few months then ending up on our benefit system.
And no I'm not denying we have our own scroungers, this too is a problem that needs sorting.
These scroungers detract from the real needy people in our society, and the immigrants just add to the problem.
FFS! my mate who works for the agency, was telling me they print the claim forms in numerous languages and even have special phone lines for foreign speakers!!!!!!

You've been told to drop this but hey ho here we go you little bitch.

Wanting to strip people who are entitled of their benefits is very right wing. Wanting to stop the money of people who benefit cheat is a sentiment shared by almost everybody regardless of their political stance. Unless of course you really are that thick, ignorant and childish that you're accusing somebody over the internet who you've never met and know very little about of being a benefit cheat.

So Stu, can we clarify? Are you A. A Heartless twat with right wing ideals who want to see the needy and vulnerable thrown to the ****ing dogs. Or B. A childish little prick playing the big man by accusing strangers on the internet of cheating the benefit system?

A or B Stu? Please clarify.

Seems you want to monopolise yet another thread and turn everyone else off posting.

It's not a criticism, your choice at the end of the day <ok>

I'ts just my opinion and this is an open forum so you have every right.

    That's very nice Stu.

I reckon that one post means you can never complain about other people's posts ever again, which you've done regularly.

    Your choice of course <ok>

It was though Stu, lets not have you squirming like the worm you were on the Keano thread, with your little backhanded remarks. Stop being a rat and man up. Were you accusing me of being a benefit cheat on the Cattermole or Henderson thread. or do you want to see the welfare system abolished? Simple question.

In fact I'll ask you on a more appropriate thread. <ok>
