Good luck with that. My interest in Southampton would only reach beyond the level of 'meh' if I happened to start dating a Southampton fan. Then I'd embrace you guys as I like to take an interest in my partner's interests (and they would no doubt embrace Portsmouth!)
I jest, my Ma was from Dundee, and it has improved lots in recent years. Hard to believe that Dundee got to the European Cup semi final in the 60`s !
Just resurrecting this long-forgotten thread (though not by me ) as I and, possibly, FLT will be in the Old Farmhouse - probably not in the garden looking at the forecast - tomorrow from around 1 - 1.30 till 2.15 - 2.30 if any Leeds supporters or Estate Agents would like to join us (you know who you are) - and, of course, anyone else looking for a chat and I might even buy you a bag of crisps, generous chappie that I am!! And we're STILL waiting for Jen to tell us if she's interested in a night out before Christmas - I'm happy to go somewhere (I think a curry around the middle of town was suggested) but I'm fed up with eating on my own, so I'll only go if there are others interested!!
I'm hosting a house party tomorrow night. Then going out in town. Not willing to give out my address to any of you weirdos But if anyone else is going out tomorrow night, maybe I'll see you there.
OK - (my ex always told me that women are much better organisers than men ) I'll take it on. If anyone has suggestions as to where we could go (and I know there are some back in this thread, but I can't be arsed to go looking) and anyone would like to come on a night out, let me know - message is probably best - plus dates you CANNOT make it). I would suggest a Saturday night after a home game - then many of us will be around (hopefully). Safc83, if you'd like to pop down from Jarrow, you could be our star guest ..................
I'm not coming. It will be like last time. You'll all tell me where and when you're meeting and I'll get there and there will be nobody there because you've all agreed secretly to meet some where else. I can take a hint. All I can say is it is your loss as you will have missed the chance to see the very lovely Mrs Godders.
Clearly the answer is for St Godders (and the lovely Mrs Godders, or course) organise the night out - then we'll all say we're coming and secretly arrange to meet somewhere else!! Seriously - if anyone's interested, let me know and I'll start putting a list together .......................
