Great meeting you guys too. Always good to meet people of the forum and be able to breathe a sigh of relief that they're not nut jobs or head cases.... ... One was an estate agent though, but best move on from that
Well, we also don't want to talk about club histories, either, do we? So ........... when's the next one, Jen? You started it ..............
I had great day out. Thanks for the invite Fatletiss, I sat next to him all match and he was harmless Great to see the stadium looking almost full And your right no more Leeds fans
I dunno, any suggestions? soon or maybe a little further ahead so we can organise for more people to come?
Good idea, PL - let's have any suggestions. Guess it'll need to be around the weekend or FLT won't be around and we'd best invite St. Godders along with his complex I'm pretty flexible (with my time - certainly nothing else), so I'm up for most things (or so my friends say) - Send in some suggestions and I'll list them out and see how many we can get. PARTAYYY!!! (Well - a bunch of geezers sitting having a quiet drink or a curry and talking about the best football team in the land - and Pompey, if PL joins us ........ and, even possibly, Leeds if ellandback comes along as well. The more the merrier I say!!
Actually, if it was mid-week I still may be able to make it... I can make "work appointments" anywhere! Makes staying over easier too
Well tonight I'm in the town of the company's European office, in the capitol of burgundy... There's going to be some mighty fine food and wine tonight
Why doesn`t everyone come up to Aberdeen ? - I`ll treat everyone to a Haggis Bomb - it`s Jagermeister with Irn Bru (I`m told).
I reckon PL and Ellandback could be inveigeled into the world of Southampton FC with very little trouble, in my opinion. They are both stout people, as to supporting their clubs, but they're both ripe for picking. We could tell them that they could still support their own clubs, but it would be good for them and good for their area, if they just settled in.
Sorry, Jen, Fran and any others of the fairer sex - the word "geezers" was used in a non-gender specific way. Apologies if it was taken to meant men only. We need alternative input - I mean we even invited an estate agent last time! (sorry - ellandback!)
