    Good Morning everyone,

Recent changes to UK law means that Cellino's tax conviction will be spent in March of next year.

It basically means it is in the past, and they can't use it against him!!!

I am not sure if the football league can still temporarily ban Cellino from owning Leeds Utd, or whether once disqualified, he's not able to run an English football club again.

Shaun Harvey will need to put wheels in motion soon if he wants to go after Cellino.

Graham Bean, who was sacked from his role as football administrator at Elland Road has revealed that he has never seen morale so low anywhere in his career, as he posted on Twitter.

The former Football Association compliance officer has said that he attempted to get the staff a pay rise from Cellino, who simply answered no.

Bean has also reported that the staff have not had a pay rise in four years, and with many of them having been dismissed this summer, Bean was keen to get them onto a higher financial packet in an attempt to improve the situation.

He said: “Last week me and FD tried to get the staff a pay rise as they’ve not had one for 4 years. “The answer was a single unanimous NO.

Staff need lifting badly…….u can’t fault their efforts – but never seen morale so low anywhere (sic).” Word from the club suggests that Bean was sacked for failing to notify Cellino over a fixture change in the summer months

    Morning all,

Hate to put a dampener on it, but I don't think it's going to be that simple re. Cellino's conviction. As I understand it, he remains innocent whilst he appeals. Once the appeals are over, the penalty is then applied, so my guess is (and it is a guess) that the 'spent' clock only starts ticking once all appeals are exhausted. Makes sense - why should you be able to launch appeal after appeal in order to run down the life of your conviction? Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

Apologies if this doesn't make sense. Still pissed. Only got up for (yet another) slash. Back off to bed to recover. TTFN.

Bean sounds like a very bitter bloke, who's trying to destabilize the club yet again. Sick to death of people like him, and Harvey and everyone else who just enjoys taking a stab at the club. The facts are very simple: The club has been raped by everyone who came in and especially Bates and Harvey, and lets not forget that Harvey was involved right after we dropped out of the prem. This festering, puss filled blister has been there ever since Harvey broke Bradford City under his mate Richmond's regime, the same regime that came in and fooked us over. Sick of reading shyte from red top papers and we just need a bit of stability for a while

Morning all. Dont give a toss about the legal stuff. Spent years as a Leeds fan trying to decipher it. Ceelino is here to stay and has improved the playing side of Leeds immeasurably, thats what I care about. As for mr Bean trying to negotiate pay rises. Is he for real. At a time when were losing 1m a month and he wants pay RISES introduced. Obvious the gobs**te never ran a business in his life or with his own money. Bring on the footie I say, MOT and to hell with the Mr Beans, Shaun Harveys, Ken Bates and the FL of this world

    Morning all <ok>

I do feel sorry for what the general staff have been through with Bates / GFH etc but Bean can't seriously expect a pay rise from someone trying to sort out the mess the club is in?! Get stable and then sort it out.

As for the legal stuff I think the half-cut WJ got it bang on. I shall now also return to nursing an alcohol induced headache.
