Judging by his performances alongside Gerrard, I would be safer if he was the sole DM.

I suppose it depends on the partner and if they're intelligent enough to play there.

I would prefer Lucas to play in a two but not alongside Gerrard. Gerrard should be alone otherwise it is unbalanced no matter who he is partnered with.

You could have over lapped the pictures so he's there but we just don't have to look at him .....
