I'd just be surprised that Tan would sanction taking on a bloke like that.

Tan maybe very low on football knowledge, but his family orientated morals are pretty high on that sort of thing.

The real worry for me is who's signing him (if this is true)?

No manager and we're supposedly going after players anyway. Added to that players really aren't what we need right now, it's a manager to sort out the ones we've got that should be our only focus.

I am more of Ninian's view that he's so good he's worth a punt regarding his ability though.

Shouldn't we get a manager in first, so he can decide on who he wants to come in on the playing side?

This certainly makes it appear (not saying its' true, but it does reinforce the notion) that the purchase of players isn't always the managers choice???.

It certainly seems that way.

Well he better be up and running and ready for Saturday as otherwise what is the point? Be no use to s if he is training with Dikajcoi trying to get match fit.<doh>

It seems clear that the manager, whoever he might be, will have no say on transfers or indeed who his assistants will be. As for Morrison, we have had our share of troublesome characters in the past and cannot think of one that has worked out.

Nin - I don't see him as another Michelin man, but match fitness is a different matter.

Pilks took a few games to get there coming off an out of favour scenario (though different circumstances altogether) when he came from Norwich. It might take Morrison a while, but he'd still run faster than most our current midfield options right now.

Chuck him in and go for it - we've very little to lose.

He's much better than most of our other midfielders. He's also an absolute bellend hence he's available.

Was this deal arranged under Ole and has resurfaced even though he's gone? Maybe they asked our current temporary arrangement and they said they'd be happy to have him. It is only a short term loan.

He's got a major point to prove too.

Well he's our prick for the next 3 months so lets give him a chance. You never know he may repay our faith with the sort of performances we need. Also takes some pressure off Noonie.

Got to be better than the last "gifted" winger we had on loan.
