It was supposed to be a gamble . One way bet to disaster more like. Many teams have taken the gamble and lost, why would Brenda think he can win. The conceited RS manager must think he us gods gift to football management <laugh>

I strongly dispute the assertion by some Mickey earlier in the week that Manquillo is the nuts. He's bollocks which is similar but different!

Buying Balotelli for £16m wasn't a mistake to be fair. But as well as replacing Suarez's goals, they needed to replace his workrate and the way he pressed and hounded the defence high up the pitch. That is what they haven't replaced and they just don't have that any more, not even with Sturridge.
