I saw Randy California many, many years ago at, I think, the Rainbow, supporting Gillan; he was brilliant. It was a pretty low bar of course. This doesn't do him credit.

Fleetwood Mac with the USC Marching Band, two for the price of one with a great live version of 'Tusk' and 'Don't Stop'...

Here is a better quality sounding post of the 1st track "Pressure Points" Live from the Hammersmith odeon as it was known in 1984 when this was recorded.

This band never got the full recognition they or should I say Andrew Lattimar deserved. Another fine axe player.

I'm just watching Queen live on Sky Arts 1 at the present. However ridiculous it seems, they just get better as the years pass.

No one can touch Queen, they like many other fine bands were a one off. I still visit this video of the LiveAide performance. Freddie and the boys just totally own it and show a rare masterclass in how to do it right!

Fair play, I have not seen the U2 set from this concert for a while and yep, also very good from another fine band in their prime.

Cheers Roller!

This Wellyblue bloke should be banned from the forum, he knows nothing about music <laugh>

I'm kidding! A great bloke who knows his stuff but just has the misfortune to support Ipswich! The power of music enables us to leave behind any football rivalries and unite in a common theme. (Gandy's had a few shandies and tends to ramble).

A bit of Prog Rock from the seventies:
