Well to be honest, they're hardly in a position to demand full whack. We must not be held ransom to clubs because we seem to be spending with more power than usual, especially when they are as financially screwed as Preston. Remember, we have the money to go elsewhere and get better, so Preston can knob off

£1m sounds like a decent figure, wouldn't go much above that tbh, cant see us spending £4m on Mills, so SStL will do 
The article states that Preston are wanting over a million. I have heard through a few guesses and papertalk that they are wanting 1.25-1.5 million. In the scheme of things 250k is neither here nor there so I am sure they are asking for more than just a million as otherwise we would have met half way by now. One of the big problems is that we have our top targets and then second targets but top targets are not deciding as they have their top destinations so it's just a bit gridlocked at the moment bit like a rubics cube.

CMS not deciding on us as he wants to go to WHU who havent offered enough yet.

Hayley Gallagher let slip before that Preston want £2M. Thats a bit too much. I would prefer Mills/Vitor/Mee
I would be happy with St Ledger and Mills for £1.5m and £4m

People have been saying we've not been focused enough on strengthening the defence but get them and we're almost sorted, just need back up for Peltier.
