It's a tough job mate and the government have done a great job of removing any public support for them as they have done with nurses.

The government and the RW media conspire to vilify anyone who might dare to object to their policies.

Indeed, the teachers are knackered without public support and the government know this so will constantly bang on about the decline in education and point the finger at teachers, people need to see through this and get behind them as they are being screwed over at the moment.

I've spoke to you about it before which is why I was expecting you to respond to Tobes' comment <laugh>

That could apply to many many different jobs at the minute though, certainly applies to the charity sector. I know which one involves better pay and its not charity :p

Loads of people are getting screwed over but there are not many trades that are directly targeted by the governmet though. Your point is valid though the whole country is getting screwed over.
