I'm disappointed to hear this. Very disappointed. I am on a crusade at the moment. I had week in Majorca which admitedly resulted in some high level alcohol consumption and low level training (it was too ****ing hot, I managed 2 morning runs and 1 gym session). However I'm now back on it since returning home, no alcohol, good diet and back to some hardcore work. Played golf on Sunday and I'm hitting the ball further than ever. The power of the museli is strong.

 

I know I need to get motivated but it's been many years dedication and once I stopped I know it's a slippery slop back to the top and I can't be arsed.
